OUR STORY

Every foundation has a story.
Ours began with one mother’s journey.

When our founder welcomed her son into the world, she experienced one of life’s greatest blessings. But amid the joy, she also witnessed a reality that many families quietly endure.

She met mothers who could not afford to leave the hospital because of unpaid medical bills. Women who welcomed their babies without diapers, clothing, or the basic necessities every newborn deserves. Mothers recovering from childbirth without emotional or financial support. Families carrying overwhelming burdens at what should have been one of the happiest moments of their lives.

Every Great Mission Begins With One Embrace

Our founder also came to recognize another journey that is often carried in silence the journey of women and couples trying to conceive. A journey marked by hope, prayer, patience, resilience, and the longing to hold a child of their own.

Those experiences inspired a simple but powerful belief:
No woman should journey toward motherhood alone, and no child should begin life without hope.

That belief became The First Embrace Maternal and Child Foundation.

Today, we exist to encourage, support, and empower women and children through every stage of the maternal journey, bringing hope where there is uncertainty and practical help where it is needed most.

FOUNDER’S MESSAGE

The birth of my son filled my heart with gratitude, but it also opened my eyes to the silent struggles many women face. I met mothers who could not afford hospital bills, families who lacked the basic essentials to welcome a newborn, and women navigating motherhood with courage but very little support. I also came to appreciate the quiet hope of women and couples praying for the gift of a child.

I realized that compassion can change a person’s story. One act of kindness can restore dignity. One helping hand can replace despair with hope.

My prayer is that every woman finds hope, every mother receives support, and every child is welcomed with love and dignity. Together, we can make that vision a reality
